Directv box will not turn on.
On Thursday evening I watched more than 3 hours of TV using the app through Roku. There was not one instance of the volume going up and down during the entire period. Last night, I watched using the box. The volume started fluctuating almost immediately and kept up through another 2 hours of viewing. And this was on the same TV.

It also takes the DirectTV a long time to log in on this particular tv as when it turns off, the green power light on the back, also goes off. It completely disconnects the box, it appears. That is the problem. DIRECTV STREAM does not show HDR content when watching tv. Content is in SDR NOT HDR. The box defaults output to HDR which makes the picture look bad. There is no settings in the box to correct this. The DIRECTV STREAM team needs to fix this for we can turn off the HDR or disable it completely. ( edited) Like.
