I am having trouble deciding witch gun to buy. I have narrowed the choice down to 2 guns. The Glock 27 (.40S&W) The Springfield Armory XD Sub-Compact .40S&W. The Springfield costs less, has a reliable record, and offers much more features than the glock. The xd is closer in size to the glock 19. It's a strange size, bigger than the 26 but smaller than the 19. The xd also has flush fitting 13 round mags.
