The 3/31/22 MOU states that the 1st one will September 10-23. It’s been the same info for almost 3 months so nothing I’ve said is new. The MOU also states there will be an April 2023 Survey. The Rural Route Evaluated Compensation System (RRECS) Mini Mail Survey (MMS) concluded September 8, 2023. All rural carriers should have received their Mini Mail Survey Summary for review. All carriers are encouraged to review their Mini Mail Survey for accuracy. All mail pulled out of DPS counts as raw mail. Subs won’t necessarily count all the 3M mail, hold mail that comes out of DPS, or know the UTF letters so will deliver them instead, or count the forwards before forwarding them . . . I had a full half tray of letters that were pulled from DPS today. Would have been a great day for the MMS.
