In order to convert Glowing Goop into Glowing Essence, you need the Dredger feat, which is from the Dredges in The Exiled Lands. So, my statement still stands. The only way to get glowing essence is to kill skeletons or find them in chests. Unless you found a way to get the Dredger feat, I would like to know as well.
