209 posts · Joined 2014. #3 · Jun 5, 2019. I repowered one of my 140 with a Kohler K 341 (16 hp) out of a JD216. I rebuilt the engine with "I Save Tractor" parts and NAPA did the machine work. Less than $400 invested (including what I paid for the engine) and it was a bolt in swap.
