The Lich mythic path is NE, which means the accepted alignments are NE, LE, CE, or N. Which means you're generally limited to Evil or True Neutral. That said, paradoxically, the Lich also gets a fair amount of Good choices throughout their story, so roleplaying as a good Lich isn't unprecedented, it just isn't really encouraged.
