Back when I bought my late production pre-G2 PT-111 Millennium Pro 9mm, I had the chance to pick up a PT145, but the LGS wanted $450 for it. Edit: Forgot to mention, I filled in the lettering on the PT145 with white finger nail polish. This process is widely posted on YouTube. The Pro series seems to have worked out many of the kinks that were common in the first and second generations. As for a holster, I can't really help.
