For the 'Full Crew' trophy, you need the following people: Triss, Keira, Zoltan, Vernon (with Ves), Hjalmar and Ermion. Letho doesn't count towards the trophy, everybody else won't help you. It's just a bit confusing since the guide says he will join you at the battle. Unless that's a misprint. But because he abuses and kills women! Dandelion will be freed no matter what, you can't mess that up. Djikstra will be upset with you if you don't ask about his treasure, but it actually doesn't make a huge impact on the game. During the quest Count Reuven's Tresure, if you choose to sneak out of the Witch Hunters' HQ you have to jump over one inner wall to get to another walled area.
