Sometimes calls come through as normal, but most of the time the caller will hear one ring then silence, or no rings at all. Newbie. 10-13-2016 06:09 AM. Occasionally, my phone does not ring on incoming calls. Yet, my phone will sound that a voice message is left, or, the display will show that I missed a call.
