Since the Xi6 is wireless, it's not using MoCA. Xfinity gateways use a "hidden" WiFi network for set-top boxes, even in bridge mode. It's not using your network's resources. Data is counted by what passes through the modem. Your home network setup is not a factor in how data is tabulated. FWIW i have an XB7 in bridge mode and an Xi6.
